With multiple decades of successful leadership as a CEO, she has consistently led teams to achieve remarkable success. Jodi served in the Oregon Legislature, where she quickly assumed a leadership role as a freshman and earned a reputation for her bipartisan collaboration. Her dual experience as a legislator and lobbyist provides her with a unique perspective that few possess. Jodi has an in-depth understanding of the "system" and has cultivated significant relationships within the State Capitol, Governor's Office, and State Agencies, enhancing her effectiveness. Her passion for Oregon, combined with her work ethic, integrity, and dedication to her clients, is evident in the results she achieves and the influential tables at which she sits. Reilly serves as a vital part of the JHC team, with irreplaceable experience having served as a legislative assistant to the esteemed Senator Jackie Winters until her passing. Her comprehensive knowledge of the State Capitol, State Agencies, the Governor's Office, and regulatory issues provides JHC with an unparalleled level of expertise. Reilly has built a respected reputation in the State Capitol as a dedicated and passionate administrator. Her strong relationships are extremely valuable to the JHC team.
TAYLOR MAXFIELD
Operations & Executive Assistant
Taylor brings extensive experience in administrative support, project management, and event planning to the JHC team. She excels in organizing multi-disciplinary groups, overseeing events, and managing various projects with exceptional attention to detail. Well-versed in the workings of a legislative committee room, hearings and RACs, and collaborates directly with State Agencies and legislative staff. Her strong relationships with staff have been invaluable to the JHC team.
