Jodi Hack brings over a decade of government relations experience and is renowned for her ability to build strong relationships, coalitions, and effective strategies. With multiple decades of successful leadership as a CEO, she has consistently led teams to achieve remarkable success. Jodi served in the Oregon Legislature, where she quickly assumed a leadership role as a freshman and earned a reputation for her bipartisan collaboration. Her dual experience as a legislator and lobbyist provides her with a unique perspective that few possess. Jodi has an in-depth understanding of the "system" and has cultivated significant relationships within the State Capitol, Governor's Office, and State Agencies, enhancing her effectiveness. Her passion for Oregon, combined with her work ethic, integrity, and dedication to her clients, is evident in the results she achieves and the influential tables at which she sits. Some of the industries she represents include: home building, real estate, land development, recycling, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and others.
NICKOLE VARGAS

Nickole brings eight years of firsthand experience in the State Capitol to the JHC team, having served as Chief of Staff to Senator Janeen Sollman. In that role, she developed substantial knowledge of energy and environment policy, public safety, behavioral health, education, housing and the budget process at the subcommittee level and full Ways N Means, giving JHC valuable insight into how legislation moves from idea to law and funding. A former Hillsboro Parks and Recreation Commissioner, Nickole also knows the value of public service at the local level. She is known for her strong bipartisan relationships and her ability to navigate complex policy challenges with skill and professionalism.

Rachel brings 7 years of extensive knowledge in the corporate sector to the JHC team. Before joining JHack Consulting, she worked at the headquarters of Boeing and Adidas, where she gained deep experience in project management. Rachel draws on that background to foster strong relationships with clients and believes that is the key to lasting success. Known for her curiosity and practical mindset, she thrives on solving complex problems.

Reilly serves as a vital part of the JHC team, with irreplaceable experience having served as a legislative assistant to the esteemed Senator Jackie Winters until her passing. Her comprehensive knowledge of the State Capitol, State Agencies, the Governor's Office, and regulatory issues provides JHC with an unparalleled level of expertise. Reilly has built a respected reputation in the State Capitol as a dedicated and passionate administrator. Her strong relationships are extremely valuable to the JHC team.
